First 30 days are spent getting contract paperwork in place with our top carriers and learning their products. We will give you an orientation to Capmar, Smart Office and the Capmar website. We will also assist you in developing your brand identity with custom business cards, a website and your choice of three marketing packages. This opportunity lays the ground work for developing and growing your business.
Fast Start Training
The next 30 days are spent going over the basics of selling: lead generation, product overview, case design and sales goals. Our team will familiarize you with the different market types as well. This Fast Start training is designed to get you equipped to get out in the field and start selling quickly!
Marketing Your Agency
The marketing team will spend time with you going over the different aspects of current marketing strategies and help you decide who your target market is and how best to reach them. We will show you examples of different direct sales approaches, website tools available, and ways to develop leads from your current market and book of business.
Advanced Training
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to dig deep into the advanced markets: premium finance, wealth transfers, estate planning and more. Our team will prepare you to sell some of these more advanced, exclusive products.
Success
Once training is complete, we provide you with all the tools needed for success. Congratulations, you are now a Capmar member!
